I Did It!

Today I stood up all on my own. This new toy chest table is just the right height to pull myself up onto my feet. Mum was so surprised when she looked up and saw me standing. I sure am proud of myself!

The Sky Is Falling!

So, this is the stuff mum and dad call snow. I was beginning to think they were making it up. I can't wait until there's more so I can play outside in my snowsuit!

Almost there...

Well, I've figured out how to get myself onto my knees. Finally, I can get my hands on the stuff on TOP of the table. Now if only I can get up onto my feet....

I love the beach!

Today we went to the beach again. Who would have thought I could go to the beach in the middle of winter. I sure am glad it is so warm. I love watching the birds flying around :)

Learning to Stand

This has been a busy week. After Dr. Lasky asked if I could crawl or stand up on my own yet I realized it was time to get moving. I'm starting to get the hang of what this crawling business is all about. But it's not easy. So, I figure that standing up might be a better start. Tonight I was able to hold onto mom with just one hand. Mom and Dad made a video you can check out on the link. It won't be long before I can do it all on my own!

"I'm 9 months old today. Last night I stayed up to watch the big ball drop. The big people were making such a fuss I had to find out what it was all about. They sure like to have a good time. There were crackers popping and those crazy paper crowns were on my head again. Happy New Year everyone!"
