Colin's 1st Trip to the Beach

Today it was finally warm enough to take Colin down to the beach. It was pretty windy at times so I don't think he quite understands why Catelynn thinks the beach is the greatest.

Family Birthday Party

Since Catelynn's Birthday fell on a Wednesday this year, we decided to celebrate with family on the following Saturday. The party was a big hit with Catelynn since there was Thomas the Train decore everwhere.

Easter Egg Hunt

Catelynn was eager to see the Easter Bunny again so we took her to the town Easter Egg hunt. Although there were plenty of chocolate egss to collect, Catelynn only had the bunny on her mind so we headed over for more photos and bunny hugs.

Colin had his first bunny picture taken too. He wasn't as impressed.

There was also a big yellow fire truck to climb on too.

Overall we think ken and Cate had a great time.

Catelynn Meets the Easter Bunny

Based on Catelynn's experience with the Easter Bunny we think she is starting to get to the point she would enjoy meeting the characters at Disneyworld. It was so cute to see her blush when the bunny touched her cheeks.

Catelynn didn't think it was fair that the Easter Bunny didn't have any eggs or jelly beans and kept running back and forth to share with him.

Happy Birthday Cate - 3 Years Old!

We can hardly believe it has already been 3 years. After Catelynn got back from school Ken and I took her to the Norwalk Aquarium.

Cate never gives up a chance to see the seals and otters. Soon it was time to go home for yummy birthday cake.

Colin woke up just in time for the fesitivities.

First Day At School

Catelynn started school today and went on the school bus forthe first time too. It was definitelyharder on mom than Catelynn. Both the teacher and driver said she didn't cry at all. I can't say the same was true for me...
