Catelynn couldn't believe her eyes when she saw the throw with her giant face on it. She walked over to the blanket and gave it a big kiss!

Time to Open Presents

It was finally time to open presents. The blocks Auntie La gave Catelynn were a big hit. So much so that we couldn't get her to open up anything else for a while. Then when she did, Catelynn insisted that Raggedy Ann and Andy had to kiss.

Christmas Eve at Grandma and Grandpa Shirley's

We spent Christams Eve at Grandma and Grandpa Shirley's and Oma was visiting from Pennsylvania. We think she had a good time watching Catelynn open her gifts and playing with Lily.

Doggie Tickles

The Christmas Eve celebration started with Lily tickling Catelynn by trying to lick her ears. I don't know who laughed harder, Catelynn or those of us watching :)

Catelynn Visits Santa

To say that Catelynn's visit to Santa didn't go as well as last year is an understatement. As soon as we put her on Santa's knee Catelynn started to cry. We managed to get her to take her hands away from her eyes just long enough to get one picture. Yes, the shy, scared phase is definitely in full swing.
